Quick Egg Salad

A quick egg salad recipe for those busy days. Great on its own or in a lettuce wrap.

Makes 2 servings, Nutrition info per serving : 280 calories, 25g Fat, 12g Protein, 1g Carb 81% FAT / 18% PROTEIN / 1% CARBS

Ingredients :

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp dill relish
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl, stir to combine.
  • Serve in lettuce wraps or as is.
