I don’t think I can really call this a recipe, but it’s zero carbs and high fat, great to keep your energy steady all morning.
Makes 1 Serving, Nutrition info: 515 calories, 0g Carbs, 50g Fat, 18g Protein 86% FAT / 14% PROTEIN / 0% CARBS
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- Grease a medium fry pan and heat over medium heat, break eggs and fry until whites are set but yolks are still runny.
- Melt the 3 tbsp butter in a small bowl in the microwave
- Place the eggs in a shallow bowl or plate and pour the butter over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
