Ingredients:
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbles, cooked
- 2 sticks sharp cheddar cheese, cubed (1.5 oz. )
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
- In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- Add the chopped onion and cook until browned
- Add the crumbled bacon and cook for 30-60 seconds, then add the scrambled eggs and cubed cheddar
- Stir to mix well and cook until are eggs are set and cheese is melting
- Season with salt and pepper
