Bacon Cheddar and Onion Skillet

Makes 1 serving, Nutrition info per serving: 608 calories, 3g carbs, 49g fat, 37g protein 73% FAT / 25% PROTEIN / 2% CARBS


  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup bacon crumbles, cooked
  • 2 sticks sharp cheddar cheese, cubed (1.5 oz. )
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter


  • In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until browned
  • Add the crumbled bacon and cook for 30-60 seconds, then add the scrambled eggs and cubed cheddar
  • Stir to mix well and cook until are eggs are set and cheese is melting
  • Season with salt and pepper
