Salsa Eggs

A fast and flavorful breakfast, only 3g carbs!


  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • optional add ins – cheddar cheese, avocado, cilantro, green onions

Makes 1 serving, Nutritional Info: 277 calories, 3g carbs, 21g fat, 19g protein

  • Heat a medium fry pan over medium heat, spray with cooking spray
  • Add eggs and cook until desired consistency
  • Remove to plate and top with salsa and sour cream
