Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients :

Makes 6 servings, Nutrition Info Per Serving: 293 calories, 5g net carbs, 27g fat, 5g protein

86% FAT / 7% PROTEIN / 7 % CARBS


  • In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients
  • Using a hand mixer, blend until smooth and whipped. I like to use the beater attachment first to mix well, then I use the whip attachment give it a lighter fluffy consistency.
  • Refrigerate
  • Optional: top with whipped cream
